Avalanche Awareness
Back country sking is always fun but can be dangerous! Always be prepared for the worst when going off piste!
We recommend that everyone take a Avalanche course and learn how to use a tranceiver / avalanche beacon and probe poles
before going into the backcountry and playing because your life or somebody else's life may depend on it!

Always wear good clothing when going in the backcountry. Don't make the mistake of going light on clothes. You never know if someone
in your group will get hurt. If a person's core body temperture drops too low they will risk getting hypothermia. If they have to
wait to be rescued those clothes might be what saves their life! Remember, always be prepared for the worst!
